The Eastwood Elite MP200i DC Multi Process Welder combines professional-grade performance with exceptional versatility in a lightweight inverter-powered package. Designed for hobbyists, fabricators, and professional welders alike, it performs MIG, high-frequency start DC TIG, and stick welding while operating from either a standard 120-volt household outlet or a 240-volt shop circuit.

The intuitive synergic LCD interface automatically recommends welding parameters, making setup fast and straightforward for users of any experience level. Smart Wire Feed technology provides smooth, controlled wire run-in for cleaner arc starts while automatic quick feed speeds spool changes and minimizes downtime.

When connected to 240 volts, the MP200i produces up to 200 amps of output, providing the power to weld material up to 3/8 inch thick while maintaining excellent arc stability across all welding processes. Independent gas solenoids allow seamless switching between MIG and TIG welding without reconnecting gas lines. The high-frequency TIG start delivers clean, non-contact arc initiation comparable to dedicated TIG machines. and includes premium MIG and TIG torches so you can begin welding immediately.

The machine accepts MIG wire diameters from 0.023 inch to 0.035 inch, ideal for automotive restoration, fabrication, maintenance, and general repair work. Included are both MIG and TIG accessories so you can begin welding quickly with minimal additional setup.

Expand the MP200i DC’s capabilities even further by adding the optional foot pedal for precise TIG amperage control or the optional spool gun for aluminum MIG welding.
