Eastwood's Rat Rod Matte Clear is a premium acrylic urethane system designed for custom refinishing and other applications where a low-gloss finish is desired. Ideal for use with Eastwood's premium single-stage urethane paints or other manufacturers basecoat systems. My even be used over factory finishes, if the finish is in good condition. Rat Rod Matte clear is also ideal for for interior parts, underhood components, hobbies and crafts. Must be mixed 4:1 with EW activator #21854z. Two medium coats will achieve a 10-15% gloss level. May be mixed with EW European Clear for a variety of gloss levels
