Eastwood Canada English Wheel with Floor Stand 73304

Description

The Eastwood English Wheel with Floor Stand is a robust and versatile metal-forming tool, designed to help fabricators and restorers create intricately curved metal panels and salvage old body components with time-honored English Wheeling techniques. Utilizing the same high-quality wheel and anvil components found in Eastwood's other full-size English Wheel options, this unit integrates a stable floor-mounted stand complete with a convenient anvil storage rack.

The machine boasts a fully welded frame for significantly improved rigidity, ensuring precise and consistent results with every pass. Central to its operation is a bearing-supported 8" x 2" upper wheel, engineered for smooth, effortless operation. This kit comes comprehensively equipped with six radiused anvils (2", 3", 4", 6", 8", 12" radius) and one flat anvil, providing an extensive range of profiles to tackle virtually any panel-forming job. With a substantial 27.95-inch throat depth, it offers ample clearance for large panels, and its capacity to work on up to 18 gauge steel and 16 gauge aluminum makes it suitable for a wide array of automotive and fabrication projects. The entire unit is protected by a durable powder-coated finish, ensuring longevity and resistance to workshop wear. The wheel and anvil are positioned perpendicular to the frame, providing conventional side access for efficient and comfortable use. Master the art of English Wheeling to save valuable time and resources by restoring original panels rather than sourcing costly replacements.
