The Eastwood Solid Rivet Kit is designed to install AN470 series aluminum rivets in steel, aluminum. Used to structurally join panels for underhood, door skins, interiors, etc. This kit includes all components required to drive AN470 (round head) rivets in both 1/8 and 3/16 inch diameter. These are the same rivets used on aircraft and high performance race vehicles. A complete instructions included with kit. The kit includes a professional pneumatic rivet gun, 1/8 inch and 3/16 inch rivet sets for round head rivets, universal bucking bar, 1/8 inch and 3/16 inch Cleco kit and 1/4lb of 1/8 inch and 3/16 inch rivets.

20139 Rivet bucking bar -
Universal bucking bar 3-3/4" long, 2" wide, 1" high. Weighs 1.5 lbs . Made of cast steel.

 

20140 1/8" dia x 3/16" long rivet 1/4 lb (approx 250 pcs) -
1/8" x 3/16" 470 style aluminum rivet. Made for 1000 series aluminum for aluminum or steel panels.

 

20141 3/16" dia x 5/16" long rivet 1/4 lb (approx 200 pcs) -
3/16" x 5/16" 470 style aluminum rivet. Made for 1000 series aluminum for aluminum or steel panels.

 

20142 Rivet set for 1/8" rivet -
3.5" overall length with 1/8" head for standard AN470 or MS20470 rivets. Shank style .401

 

20143 Rivet set for 3/16" rivet -
3.5" overall length with 3/16" head for standard AN470 or MS20470 rivets. Shank style .401

 

20144 Pneumatic Rivet Tool -
4500 blows per minute rivet gun with 1/4 inch air inlet and 2.8cfm requirement at 90psi. Variable speed trigger accepts standard .401 shank tools.
