Description
Most multi-process welders are primarily MIG units with the option to TIG-weld steel and, without a foot pedal, they often only let you scratch-start. The Eastwood Elite MP200i AC/DC raises the bar with this TIG-focused MP welder that features high-frequency start and rocker-style foot pedal so you can confidently TIG-weld steel, stainless steel, or aluminum.
This powerful 200-Amp welder can operate on either 120V or 240V power for greater versatility. It takes advantage of an advanced IGBT inverter to reduce weight and bulk. AC/DC square wave technology allows for flawless TIG welds on aluminum. A dynamic cooling fan keeps everything running cool.
Everything you need to weld mild or stainless steel is included - a flex-head WP-17 torch with included gas lens kit for TIG welding, a Tweco-style torch for MIG, and an electrode holder for stick welding. An optional spool gun can be added to allow MIG welding aluminum. The heavy duty internal MIG wire feed motor holds up to 11-lb spools of steel or stainless wire.
The MP200i AC/DC is separately plumbed for both MIG and TIG welding so you can quickly switch between operations without having to change over gas bottles and regulators. The integrated rolling cart includes storage for two gas bottles as well as side hooks for easy cable storage. And it’s all backed up by Eastwood’s 3-year warranty and lifetime tech support.
